Being healthy and low-risk will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth, and recover more quickly postpartum. Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. You will learn the how-tos in class and build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Read the workbook cover to cover, or use it as a reference. Class time approximately 3 hours.

Here’s how to get started:

  2. After registration is completed, you will receive two emails – one with your account username and helpful links, and one with tips for getting started and your receipt.
  3. If you ordered a Field Manual, it will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail to the address included on the registration form.
